Peter "Rabbit" Solomon Casillas, 46, a chef,  passed away peacefully in his home in Arlington on Wednesday, January 28, 2004.  Peter "Rabbit" Solomon Casillas was born December 10th, 1957, in Knox City, TX. to Charles and Angie Rodriguez-Casillas.  He was preceded in death by his father.  He was a member of The Cowtown Leathermen.

Survivors: His life partner and friend, Joe Menton and his family; son, Samuel Casillas; mother, Angie Rodriguez; sister, Yolanda Vasquez and husband Martin; brother, Charles Casillas and wife, Martha; step-mother, Aurora Garcia; five half-brothers and six half-sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and many friends.

Sleep well good friend and brother, you will be missed.
