We are now accepting payment for the Run by PayPal (with either a Paypal account or credit card)
Signup through PayPal you must agree to the terms and conditions of the Run as set forth on the application. Please download and read the terms at the bottom of the application at Run App. Please download and fill out the application and email to treasurer@COWTOWNLEATHERMEN.COM. This will allow us to send you a confirmation letter that your are signed up for the run. We will sign you up and process you as a participant just by paying with paypal, however we will not be able to send out confirmation letters with out the application on file.
By paying your fee with Paypal you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as listed on the run application.
NOTE: We must have the payment in prior to the cut off deadline for you to be accepted. If we are at our capacity or past the cut-off date we will send you an email letting you know that there has been no charge to you and that the run is closed to applications. These fees do not include the TCC fee for electricity usage. This will be collected at the time you arrive at the Run.
There is a $5.00 convenience fee that will be applied to cover the cost of the PayPal service.
